Zyn/go/On etc are all nicotine salts iirc and highly chemical tasting/feeling. I like Oden's for pure strength and Kapten for a good mix of buzz and flavor Don't swallow the nicotine juice, it will make you sick and inflame your esophagus. Suck air in and dry your mouth before putting one in and you'll get better hold and buzz results |

I haven't heard of anyone spitting the nic juice from Zyns. IMO it's ideal to minimize the amount of juice and absorb as much as you can in the mouth. I do this by keeping it toward the front of my mouth. This might not be ideal if you around people because it does sort of make your lip bulge out a bit.
Lightheadedness is just what happens with a really strong nicotine buzz. That sort of thing goes away as your tolerance goes up.
There are other brands. On! makes a 2mg pouch if you're looking for something lighter. |
