When someone comments what happens to your investment if shahed hits it "only 1% of civilian buildings got hit in Kiev since the start of the war, and apt is only a small part of a building", when people ask about electricity knockout "you can still get internet without electricity, lack of electricity does decrease your standard of living". He talks without even an accent (a lot of people in usa from Kiev actually have that fake accent with a instead of e and h instead of g) and vast majority of comments are russian. A lot of people say if they rent apt to people from west Ukraine it will be via special tariffs because west ukrainians are scalpers.
