Shedding phase: lasts a while, a couple of years. Very little after year 3. None now.
Noticeable effects: probably took 1.5-2 years for noticeable effects. But have way more hair now then I had even at years 3 or 4 just looking at pictures. Can pretty confidently say I have a full head of hair now. |

Minimal side effects. Has not affected my libido. Shed is real and lasts for just a month or so when you start taking it, and again if you stop taking it for a while and start again. I've had maybe 2 or 3 sheds due to running out of pills and it taking a week or two to get a new supply.
Works great - my hairline has barely moved since 2008. |
