Noticed redditours/share blue types spouting this everywhere. Simply being illegal in the US is only a CIVIL violation. And the vast majority of illegals are just visa overstays.

This seems disingenuous for many reasons. First, there are still a YUGE number of illegals who have crossed illegally and are thus criminals. Second, most of illegals who may just be visa overstays also have forged documents, enabling them to work, go to school, etc., and are thus committing felonies.

Why are libs always do disingenuous?
