We need to nuke 3/4 of universities. Higher ed went from something optional and aspirational to expected and a job market prereq.
Nuke 3/4 of universities and higher ed will become exclusive and job market will correct.
You are not going to improve standards from the bottom up or from reasoned arguments. You need to force a new reality.
We have a system where people cannot be allowed to fail or exit the education rollercoaster because the baseline minimum wage blighted existence job now requires a 4 year college degree accompanied by a jewish debt albatross.
People used to be able to dropout of gradeschool and start working. Those that stayed were better off for it. If you forcibly prevent a significant amount of people from being thust into the university system by nuking 3/4 of universities then you reopen this path for those that dont belong in higher ed.
The degradation of institutions, standards, and students will continue until downward pressure is put on universities to stop accepting infinity minorities and women. Where they cant literally cheat for students, like teachers did with No Child Left Behind, they are just going to relax entrance standards.
Whether its your SAT or your lovely oak door, your world means nothing to them and they won't try to understand. |
