One of the outcomes of Trump's battle with the courts is the narrative around activists judges is now existing in a way it didn't a few years ago. Things like the Dems sweeping in 20M illegal migrants in four years and then using the courts to block deportations by dragging it out forever is something people are not forgetting easily.
