Most of us in this forum, including myself, don't have problems making friends or even doing well in social situations. However, I've been unable to thus far penetrate the "IN" crowd here in Chicago. It's been really difficult to meet cool guys who know tons of hot girls and cool parties. I realized that getting HB's are a lot easier if you're in the right social circle. What does it take to get into this group? I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic, including advice.

They then had to perform in demanding jobs with long hours. So now they're at a top b-school, where grades basically don't matter, hundreds of companies come to campus to recruit, the calendar is inundated with amazing social events and travel excursions, and the class is filled with bright ambitious people eager to have a blast. Date: June 12th, 2023 5:35 PM Author: Ocher Friendly Grandma social event, sponsored by a group called "Ivy Plus." It aims to bring together alums of ivy league and other top schools. It started fairly recently. Tonight's event was held at an upscale lounge, with great turnout. I usually hate "networking" events, but this was casual, and it was particularly awesome because I had a lot in common with the people there. Most times I go out to a bar, and I have to dumb everything down to have a conversation that lasts more than a few times. Lol. I also met several M7 b-school alums, who gave me their take on the social experience at b-school. EVERY single one of them said it was the best 2 years of their lives.
I can't fucking wait until next month's Ivy Plus social.
