If he's not an advisor or an appointee, does he have security clearance for classified information? If not, he shouldn't have received classified information, which I suspect would make him free to relate whatever he wanted to relate about the conversation
If he did get classified information, I can't believe he'd be dumb enough to pass it to a foreign government, especially when he's likely to be against the mission. And to be clear, these x reports appear to be pure speculation
This isn't an area of law I actually know anything about, so it will genuinely be interesting to see how it plays out. Successful prosection or not, it will be another kick in the nuts for Trump as he reveals himself to be no better than Biden in terms of disgusting lawfare |
