I was looking into credit cards to kind of overhaul my spending and get organized but it looks like everything is changing.
I have minimal business spend each year—maybe $5-10k? I think I’m going to need to go Costco card soon. Possibly Amex Blue if they keep the 6% on groceries. And then maybe one 2% card. Possibly move some shit over to fidelity and use theirs, but I do like that VMFXX settlement account at Vanguard. I don’t know. Feels like chasing after Pennie’s at the end of the day.
Never used an actual travel reward before. Seems too hard to use and not a very good deal. I also have to travel with like 6 people. I get bonuses like upgrades to economy plus simply by just buying the tix, why shoot for a travel reward.
Anyway, it’s too much of a hassle.

Just do cash back
It may be possible to eke out more value with points here or there but the era of miles/points gaming is mostly over.
