Typical C/T and B/B split for weightlifting. Do each 3 times a week. Cycle 3-4 times a week. Run 3-4 times a week. Swim 1-2 times a week. And then a lot of weighted carries of one variety or another. Ice hockey a few times a week.
If you have a busy schedule just walk everywhere and do strong lifts and you’ll maek it. I have unlimited free time and like to exercise.

I walk as much as possible and always walk to lunch and if my kids have activities I usually get in a 30-60 minute walk.
I lift 3x a week and do cardio 2x or 3x a week. I would previously run 2x or 3x per week but now that my knee hurts I am focusing on building leg/knee strength and cycling/rowing which I do several times a week. I plan to resume running in July or so.
Lifting I do dumbbell press (sometimes bench press instead), dumbbell flys, incline dumbbell press, preacher curls, then I use that machine with the rope thing for triceps, dumbbell rows, lat pull down, and kettle bell raises. At home I get in various push ups and ab exercises like leg raises, flutter kicks, planking, etc. Open to suggestions on how to improve this.

Monday - in AM 40 min rock climbing, then weightroom triceps and pullups workout, in PM 1 hour hot yoga
T - 40 minute walk in the AM, in PM 1 hour hot yoga (hardest thing I do all week, the dude kills us)
W - 40 minute walk in the AM (sometimes trip to rock climbing gym, but usually recovering from hot yoga the night before)
T - 25 min AM walk, then weights chest and biceps
F - 40 minute walk in the AM
S - 1 hour hot yoga
S - Varies greatly
I used to do brisk versaclimber workout several mornings a week on top of my 40 minute walk, but currently miniscus issue in knee prevents me - will resume when I can
