Wait times always 45 minutes to an hour even for a place down the street. Drivers pick up 3-4 orders at a time and have to fly around to drop everything off. Seems like this is becoming more and more of a scam. Just takes forever now. They're late 9/10 times and it just say "this doesn't usually happen!" but it does. I experimented with tipping less just to see what would happen. They would automatically give me the worst service on their roster. I got guys who would drive in circles for an hour, miss picking up half the order. Almost certainly spit in the food.
I think they really want you to tip big so they can pay the driver out of your tip and not pay the wage so they profit more. "Please pay our cost of doing business, or this service will be pure shit!" |
