What do I document in a paper trail of an insane middle manager's behavior

Date: November 1st, 2026 10:53 AM Author: cucumbers Worthless fat "product management" middle manager got extremely angry in a meeting I was in because the useless product managers reporting to him did not inform him of a deadline being moved. He was basically yelling at everyone on the call, including me, because this was not communicated to him. Since I'm in Engineering, I told this fat brown idiot that I had already escalated this delay to my manager, who in turn reported it to his manager. This is all the fault of product management, but at the same time this idiot has clear anger management issues and could be mentally ill. He's deep in middle management and easily replaceable because I doubt he does anything outside of attending pointless meetings and updating slide decks.
What should I document to cover my ass and maybe build a case to get this guy fired? I'm not going to have some fat brown idiot yell at me. I'm a High Engineer. I deserve Respect. Clique Theory predicted this. |
