Wachtell thinks they're the best of the best because of their transactional work; it's the m&a &c folks who view themselves as the big swinging dicks of the legal world, with some justification. It was still pretty hellish though because WLRK team would turn heavy markups back in like a day. Fuckers never seemed to get fatigued. |
