No, it's actually more deadly. It burns hot as fuck, not like anything you keep in the house. Homes in tokyo were made of wood and this stuff burned so hot it boiled off the water in city canals.
LeMay originally wanted the Imperial Palace left alone, but whoops we bombed a big chunk of that too.
That one incident killed more people that Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined, and the deaths were more agonizing, and there was more total destruction, and Japan still did not surrender. Nukes killed fewer people and caused the emperor to capitulate. It's psychology.

And the Ottomans had plenty of guns. What gave Napoleon the edge was morale. Ottoman cavalry thought it was beneath them to load their own muskets and insisted on making servants do it for them. French loaded their own muskets.

The Romans were responsible for maybe the greatest revolution in naval warfare until metal ships.

"Morale can be defined as an axiomatic prerequisite to success in combat"
That's not how I'm defining it faggot. If it helps you can think of it this way:
The loser always capitulates. Capitulation is how someone says "I have no morale."
There's a nice, non-circular way of looking at the picture. Instead of trying to gauge who has the most morale, just look at who lacks it, and bet against them.
Ukraine: no morale, bet against it
Israel: no morale, bet against it
USA in Iraq and Afghanistan: no morale, bet against it.
Notice that if you follow my betting strategy you'll win every time.

Yes but only because they could play dirty tricks that made birdshits MAF. My favorite example is Lithuanians doing that shit to Teutonic knights
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Grunwald
"The Teutonic Order attributed the defeat to treason on the part of Nicholas von Renys (Mikołaj of Ryńsk), commander of the Culm (Chełmno) banner, and he was beheaded without a trial.[78] He was the founder and leader of the Lizard Union, a group of knights sympathetic to Poland. According to the order, von Renys lowered his banner, which was taken as a signal of surrender and led to the panicked retreat.[79] The legend that the order was "stabbed in the back" was echoed in the post-World War I stab-in-the-back myth and preoccupied German historiography of the battle until 1945.[78]"

"There's never been a war where technology overcame the factors that men and morale bring to the table."
This is profoundly stupid.

Wrong, bitch.

Sorge's penultimate message to Moscow in October 1941 reported, "The Soviet Far East can be considered safe from Japanese attack".[55] In his last message to Moscow, Sorge asked to be sent back to Germany, as there was no danger of a Japanese attack on the Soviet Union, and he wished to aid the Soviet war effort by providing more intelligence about the German war effort.[55]

Here you go cocksmoker: the man who won the war for Russia. You've never heard of him.

Here's a breakdown of events that fucked Japan before Pearl Harbor. It was all about morale:
1. Japan's land army in China tried to take Siberian oil but got smacked up by Russian forces in Mongolia in 1939. Really humiliating defeat that made the Japs lose all confidence in their own intelligence. Total demoralization. In 1939.
2. By October 1941, Germany had invaded Russia, but Soviet spies in Japan reported that the Japanese army was still too demoralized to try attacking Russia again, and insisted that Stalin could safely move those units from the east to defend against Germany.
3. By December 1941, the Nazis had reached Moscow and the city was under siege. Russian troops had been moved from the east to defend Moscow, leaving eastern Russia wide open.
4. On December 5, 1941, the Japanese received confirmation that Russia's eastern forces had been seen defending Moscow.
5. On December 7, 1941, the Japanese Army refused to believe its own intelligence. The Japs thought Russians were still defending the east.
6. On December 7, 1941, since the Japs were so scared of these nonexistent eastern Russian soldiers, they chose the "safer" option and bombed Pearl Harbor.
7. When Japan was scared of phantom Russians on December 7, 1941, it was because they were still demoralized by the conflict that happened in 1939.

PS anyone who thinks "it does matter how many civilians you kill" is thinking like the Japanese emperor, not the American POTUS. The American POTUS and the American military absolutely do care about how many people they kill. They absolutely prefer weapons that kill fewer civilians.

PS nukecucks: the only reason Stalin pulled that move in the first place was because he had his spy in Japan telling him "THE JAPS ARE TOO SCARED! THEY WON'T INVADE EVEN IF YOU PULL THE FORCES OUT!"
That spy had x-ray vision and could read gooks. He singlehandedly saved the USSR. Stalin trusted that spy, and pulled his forces out of the east. Say his name:

One could argue that this Iranian missile tech is transformative right now. The west has nothing comparable because it never saw utility in waging this kind of warfare.
It's hard to say though because the US has no appetite for war with Iran, and Israel is behaving irrationally. If we wanted to turn Iran back into stardust we could still do it.
