Telecommunications giant AT&T will require its employees to report full-time to their offices five days a week, up from three days weekly, starting in January.
The company joins Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Tesla and other companies in ending the hybrid and remote work schedules installed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The majority of our employees and leaders never stopped working on location for the full workweek — including during the pandemic. We always adapt our workforce model to drive collaboration and innovation to deliver the best support for our customers,” an AT&T spokesperson told business news site Quartz.

Greetings,
"across the country"
No, just for a few places near California. The rest of the RE bubble has nothing to do with WFH except to the extent people want a home with an extra room for their home office.
