Made homemade salad dressing. Only seems worth it if you don't value your time

Peeling and grating the garlic took like 20 minutes. Also I think the ingredients cost far more than an entire premade jar would. Which I could probably get down to 10-15 with experience. the cost of ingredients would need to be about $2.50 to "pencil out" but I think they cost more.
