it might have been different if he had chosen not to run voluntarily a few months ago, merely citing age. but if he steps down now it's obvious that it's because of very acute actually-existing problems that we haven't been allowed to see and are getting worse. almost ipso facto grounds for 25th amendment to be invoked. |
