Date: April 11th, 2026 5:10 PM Author: Diamond Dallas Chad Last night I picked back up with some writing projects that I hadn't worked on since feb/early march and even opus 4.6 on extended thinking mode is downright retarded right now, making tons of errors in plot comprehension that it wouldn't have made before. Right now Opus 4.6 extended is working roughly on the level that Sonnet 4.6 normal mode was a few months ago. I'm guessing "Mythos" is just going to perform like an un-fucked Opus.
Oh, and the usage limits have been silently killed. I am on the $20 plan and my session limits fill up probably 3x faster than before. The reddit claude forum says limits have been cut by 80%. ONE WEIRD TRICK: sell a product where the amount sold is quantified in an ambiguous and non-transparent way, and then drastically cut the amount delivered after it is already paid for. |
