Things usually have to be relevant to something in order to be admissible. Or they have to be reasonably calculated to lead to relevant evidence to be meritorious subjects for discovery. And I have gone by many monikers here. None of what Gunner posts here is accurate. My first moniker was based on cool science images which was entirely consistent with my first posting persona. I should add that all litigation in this matter will be under protective order given the nature of the constant assault and attempts to generate reputational harm associated with the outrageous conduct which will likely continue for a bit post sop thanks to gunner being pro se and a lot of bad advice on the board. Let’s try to be grown ups here everyone. It’s a real claim pursued properly. |
