She isn't very skilled yet (recent paralegal program graduate). Im with you where its hard to delegate legit work to her, but I'm starting with having her follow up with the clerk's office, ordering medical records, etc on a bunch of shit. Stuff that I had been meaning to do for weeks and she got it done soon after I sent her an assignment email. Definitely makes life much easier.
