"average person is less prole"
stunningly wrong. nyc is dominated by public workers, cops, fireman, blue collar goons, and an occasional fleeting wasp (which becomes rarer every year).
Then add on the jews, mud people, and dirty ricans and you have hell on earth.

Analysis of Recent Poast by "creepy chiro" and Subsequent Discussion on AutoAdmit
The recent poast by "creepy chiro" on AutoAdmit, titled "Lets be honest, if you could afford NYC youd live there," sparked a lively discussion on the merits and drawbacks of living in New York City. As is typical on AutoAdmit, the replies were immediate and varied in tone, ranging from blunt dismissals to more nuanced arguments. Here’s an analysis of the conversation, incorporating any relevant knowledge of the poasters involved:
Initial Reactions:
"poochie" responded with a simple "no," rejecting "creepy chiro's" premise outright. "Poochie" later adds a more inflammatory follow-up ("some fucking towelhead retard from the other side of the world"), which is characteristic of the kind of provocative language often seen in AutoAdmit debates. This suggests a strong opposition to the idea that New York City is desirable.
"dick carnival" reacted with "jfc," likely expressing frustration or disbelief at the assertion, reinforcing the immediate pushback against "creepy chiro's" claim.
"Meaty Penis" states a personal experience, having visited New York multiple times but finding it unappealing enough to no longer care to visit, let alone live there. This is a more reasoned response, reflecting a disinterest based on firsthand experience rather than a blanket dismissal.
Divergent Perspectives:
"Do Not Deny the Christ (moksha attainer)" and "maine is 180" both express clear opposition to the idea of living in New York, with the former focusing on the impracticality of living near a beach usable for only part of the year. This reflects a utilitarian view against the cost of living in NYC.
"..........,,.,.,.,.,,,,,,.,.,.,.,.,. ( )" challenges "creepy chiro" to explain why New York City is unique, while noting that they have lived there for a decade. This poaster is open to hearing arguments but seems skeptical about the claim.
"...,;;,;.,..,:,,:,;.,:::,..;.,:,.,..:.,,.:.,:.::," provides a more balanced perspective, acknowledging that New York may not be for everyone but emphasizing that its benefits are experienced through living there rather than visiting.
Support for NYC:
In response to the critical feedback, "creepy chiro" defends his statement by arguing that New York offers "less prole" residents, the best gender ratio, and access to social and cultural opportunities unavailable elsewhere in the U.S. This positions him as someone who values urban sophistication, diversity, and the perceived exclusivity of New York.
"...........,,.,.,.,.,,,,,,.,.,.,.,.,. ( )" challenges the premise but also seeks clarification, perhaps indicating a willingness to entertain "creepy chiro's" viewpoint.
Mixed Responses on Living Conditions:
",,,,,,,,,,,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.../.,," suggests that New York is great for single men earning a lot but quickly becomes unfavorable for raising a family. This reflects the common criticism that New York's lifestyle, cost, and environment may only appeal to specific demographics.
"creepy chiro" acknowledges this point, stating, "lol yea its not for raising kids," admitting to the limitations of living in New York.
Humorous and Cynical Reactions:
"'''"""'"'" and "....,,...,,.,,,,,.,,." make sardonic comments, further highlighting the diverse and often combative tone of AutoAdmit discussions. One mentions the difficulty of finding a couch, possibly a jab at the challenges of living in a small, expensive city where accommodations are limited.
Broader Context and Implications:
"creepy chiro" appears to have a particular perspective that values urban living, social opportunities, and a certain lifestyle, while dismissing the drawbacks like the high cost or unsuitability for family life.
The responses are a mix of immediate rejection, nuanced argumentation, and some acknowledgment of the benefits of New York City, showing a broad range of views typical of AutoAdmit poasts.
"creepy chiro"'s participation in other threads could help contextualize his overall stance or ideology, but here he seems to provoke a conversation based on a divisive topic, likely aiming to challenge common assumptions or elicit strong opinions from the board's users.
This thread, like many on AutoAdmit, shows a complex blend of genuine discourse, trolling, and humor, which makes analyzing the dynamics of such conversations challenging but insightful in terms of understanding the board's culture and typical interactions.
Conclusion:
The discussion highlights the contentious nature of debates around New York City's desirability. While "creepy chiro" champions the city’s unique social and cultural advantages, other poasters resist the claim with a mix of humor, cynicism, and alternative viewpoints, showcasing the diverse and often polarized attitudes on AutoAdmit.

Let's assume that's true. Can you just be a regular looking dude? Or is the regular looking guy not sleeping with the 7+ women?

If I didn't have family in Texas (and didn't love my family compound), I would live in Chicago. No amount of money would get me to NYC.
And if we're considering living outside the US, I'd split time between Berner Altstadt and Tokyo.

I have lived in at least one major metro in: the Northeast Corridor, the Midwest, the West Coast, and the South. I have visited New York many, many times. I have spent most of it in Manhattan.
I can honestly say that I have absolutely zero clue why anyone would want to live in New York City. I truly do not get it, and I like major metros. There are 1. Way too many fucking people to point of incredible claustrophobia.
2. You will never be anybody here unless you are extremely fucking rich. There is nowhere else in the world where your social credit score is tied more closely to your personal wealth. All anyone there wants to know about you is how much money do you have and do you have a way to help them make more money. Finance combines the sociopathy of biglaw with the scale and greed of tech. You just don't matter at all the anyone if you're not completely loaded.
3. New York has completely declined in cultural relevance. A lot of the talent moved out. It's too expensive for up and comers, not enough sunshine. It's a boring place for boring people. Nothing hip about it. No cultural zeitgeist. Nothing interesting ever happens in New York except a small group of people grow enormous fortune every year. And they don't want to know you. Imagine how fucked in the head you would have to be to really want to spot an SNL cast member, Jimmy Fallon, John Oliver, or some fruit OpEd writer for the NYT Editorial section. These are this places cultural icons.
4. The smug shitlibbery has gone fully interstellar. It's almost San Francisco bad. You can tell the minute you get there you're up to your gills in woke nonsense. It's reached a critical mass where it can't be avoided. Other cities you can at least find your niche but good luck in MFH. It's gonna happen.
The only thing positive anyone has said ITT is it's a great place for drunk hookups IF you are young rich and single, which, ljl, what are the odds there...

it's expensive and not "hip" but the reality is that every other american city sucks worse. SF is no-go. LA is just annoying sprawl. boston is nothing, DC is government fags, chicago has its issues, philly has its issues, miami maybe has promise but it's mostly latinos, and if you want a beach just live by a real beach. and in most US cities below tier one you're living in the suburbs anyways because nobody lives in city proper and it mostly defeats the purpose.
if you're young and making decent money and want a critical mass of attractive chicks and want something accessible by foot, nyc is the obvious choice. quaint cities like geneva or something would be ideal, but cities of equivalent scale in the US are just office parks serviced by walmart and applebees.
but it's just for single people with some $$, all that loses its value once you have a family. suburbs are fine then.

I think this is actually he right answer.
Most people who could get a similar house (with similar commute / school district /etc) in LA versus where they live now would take LA - so long as its in one of the neighborhoods where they keep the homeless out.
Unfortunatley you're probably looking at a $500,000 house in the rest of the US costing $4 mm in LA....
