Will this tariff last even a single day? A week? Americans can put off buying that Toyota a few weeks or months, but they aren't going to accept a permanent 25% increase. And many of them think that most American-built cars are crap. |

Real answer: it depends on what kind of "white" person you are, your life stage, your job situation, etc. BooR IIRC has a condo in Sunny Isles Beach (typical of many Russian immigrants), Are Reptile lives in WPB (he is a religious Jew these days), I'm sure there are some posters that live in Boca or Fort Lauderdale. If you're a single straight white male in Miami and work in the city then Coconut Grove is probably your best bet. If you're gay then South Beach. If you're more settled with a famile then North Beach or Coral Gables, assuming you want to stay in Miami itself. If you're filthy rich then Key Biscayne. If you don't have to regularly commute into Miami your options expand considerably. |
