Neighbor and baseballs (wiffle balls actually)

Date: July 28th, 2024 1:18 AM Author: Mentally impaired foreskin church Neighbor came over and was heated. Yelled at one of my sons friends for going in his yard to get a ball. Boys knew that's not appropriate and asked to talk to me. I said sure and he started to lecture me and almost like he wanted a fight. I told him I'm too old for this. I know the issue and nothing good can come from any further discussion, so I said another time. That really made him mad.
He does have a legit gripe but not as strong as he thinks. Yes, my son has hit balls in his yard. He had a collection on display for me. 5 wiffle balls, a tennis ball and one baseball. We do not allow kids to hit actual baseballs unless it's me feeding them soft pitch into the net. But a baseball could have easily ended up in his yard. The boys went over to get a wiffle ball by his new truck and that's when he lost it. I apologized and said the boys should know better and ask before going on his property. Totally understandable.
Now the real reason he hates me is because he beat the shit out of his Asian wife 2 years ago and she came over to ask my wife to call the cops. Not okay in our neighborhood and they have the crappiest house. My wife actually talked her back and tried to avoid them getting a divorce. However, after that he cut off all allowable interactions for her and his kids with mine. I thought good keep those hapa freaks away. His oldest daughter is pretty but the boy is a future school shooter. My oldest son saw the boy hit my youngest daughter in the back and he shoved the kid down. Neighbor guy tried to say my kid is a bully. Maybe a little bit in a healthy way. Anyways, he requested we keep kids separate.
So that leads to the baseball thing. His kid sucks and I think they dropped out of baseball last year. My kid is decent. So somehow this whole situation was like a perfect storm. The dad of my kids friend is also pretty hot headed and a non zero chance he'd come to blows with the guy if he heard the whole situation. I bought the guy a 6 pack of nice beer I'll deliver tomorrow. I really don't want a neighborhood dispute. We're supposed to replace a fence and he basically said fuck you I'm not paying for shit now. I already decided to pay for it myself because I didn't want to deal with him. The fence is shit but guess what asshole it's now my lowest priority. He also has fires in his backyard which I was okay with to be nice even though the smoke is annoying. But by code it's too close to my property. Problem solved! Move that shit faggot. |

Part of the reason I did this giant backyard remodel was to put in a batting cage so balls don't go in his yard. As for the fence line...sure. But it's my fucking fence. I will do what I want with it. |
