- focaccia (mostly rosemary + thyme with lavender as an accent)
- sourdough boules & batards
- snickerdoodles
- chocolate chunk cookies featuring homemade chocolate (all of my chocolate is homemade; I use dutch processed cocoa powder + cocoa butter)
I've perfected each of these recipes and can make them blindfolded. |
