i did BLT for my vinson & elkins callback and got this bigass filet mignon thing. that was pretty sweet. although in retrospect, i should've gotten a ribeye instead of a filet mignon.

Our first is a difficult kid (mostly in a good way), so the transition to 2 wasnt that bad, especially since the second is much more laid back. The thought of having another like the first tho...

Just remember that once 1 turns 5 he'll be in school all day. It makes a big difference. Is wife home w them? I'm always surprised when it's the moms who want more and the dads don't. The mom does most of the work. Seems like to should be her call.

We both work. Wife moved around a lot as a child, so having a big family meant she always had friends when she moved. She's very close to her sibs so I get why she wants more even though she is beyond exhausted.

Yeah, there are other issues that give me pause for third kid (had some complIcarions with second kid that could have been worse for instance). I don't know if you've ever read dr sears, but this article was basically the only way to make sense of our first kid:

Interesting. Could be sensory sensitivities or overload. One of my kids had that a little. Picky eating, sensitive to loud noises and certain textures, etc. kid turned four and suddenly just got over it. Was weird.
If there were complications with the second then that would definitely give me pause. Depending on your and your wife's ages you definitely start to feel that too. The third one was very draining. But those stages are temporary and things get easier as they get older (not without challenges, just different and more manageable ones).
Good luck to you and wifey! Lots of people having kids here now so there's a lot of support and advice.

Honestly I tried logging in with the last user name I remembered, but didn't work. Very excited to poasting amongst such legends after lurking for almost two years. I think the DVP meltdown/rise of Trump really drew me back in.

Meh, I wish it was more interesting. The only user name I remember was a joke involving a law school buddies last name, which he was pissed about, so will not repeat here.

UMD will gets in revenge. I had 50 bucks on them in this game, and had to beg the South Lake Tahoe sports book people to put in on. Definitely a peak experience of celebrating alone in a public space.

The first time I played blackjack was in a casino in Ely, Nevada (birthplace of pat nixon) at age 22. I made a tidy $17 playing two dollar blackjack. I sat next to a "whale" playing two 10 dollar hands at the same time, who had her own personal assistant constantly asking if she wanted more hot cocoa.
