I've been very depressed for a while now and a friend suggested I get my T checked. Came in at 178.
It's only been a month since I first pinned, and I'm starting to feel like my old self again.
If you're over 45 and have lost all of your "fight," I suggest you literally get your T checked.
I realize XO jokes about it all the time, but holy shit, it's making a huge difference.
I'm going through AlphaMD, an online source and I would absolutely recommend them. Cost is about $100/month, but I just bill it to my HSA account.

My father in law who is a doctor told me to avoid this shit like the plague because cancer rate go up like 1300%. He put me on metformin despite no diabetes because it protects telomeres and he said while TRE = cancer for bros north of 60 they should all be on HGH because the cancer bump from HGH is smaller and after 60 the benefits of HGH outweigh the risks but he says no bros in their 40s should be on any of this shit. He also has me on Lipitor because he says this shit should be in the water supply. My cholesterol wasnt even that high.
I have felt zero side effect from both the lipitor and the metformin.

rapamycin fucks too much with immune system, dry fasting is as if not more effective
also most studies only account for caloric restriction periods during rapamycin, its the calorie restriction or fasting and the rapamycin probably potentiates the effects but with weird immune system side effects
sirolimus has weird skin growth stuff related too, you have to avoid sunlight on it - very suspect
short cycles of metformin and fasting will pretty much have you live a few years longer but you wont keep as much lean muscle mass - metformin long term fucks to much with b vitamins likely from how it fucks with GI flora and you risk neuropathy
all the people that went to TRT clinic mills ran by retarded fag boomers/gen xers will be having dementia and inflammatory vascular issues from taking supraphysiogical doses and making all these unneccsary estrogen metabolites, which fucks their entire bodes hydrostatic pressure long term, they start getting leaky vessels and capillary tissue - its why the ones actually on roid doses end up looking puffy and it's also feminizing their brain tissue long term turnign them gay aka tren chasing trannies

I started on it half a year ago, and feel much better.
When I started I had 0 sex drive, lost virility etc. my total testosterone was fine, almost 500, but my SBGH was ridiculously high — effectively my free testosterone was that of an 80 year old man.
I’m on 140mg split into 2 weekly injections. I’m almost 40 but I feel like I’m in my 20s again. I can have sex again and my lifts/energy are all up.
Downsides:
Fear I won’t restore fertility. I’ll add HCG once I’m diled in. Also before I started, I froze some sperm at a local bank just in case.
Could accelerate hairloss. I’ve been on dutasteride, so that should help minimize it. Eventually I’ll get a transplant if I desire.
I have 0 fear about increased risk of cancer — that has been debunked. Also as long as it’s not supraphysiologic, it actually is beneficial for cardiovascular health — low T is much more dangerous.

I'm older and already have kids, but this is almost identical to my regimen.
I would much rather feel alive like I do right now and die younger than be miserable with a longer lifespan. My hair never really came back after chemo, so that's not an issue for me. I've always wanted to visit Turkey anyway.
I'm on 150 mg a week (75 mg twice a week subcutaneous injections).
I've only been on it a month and the full effects won't even be realized for another month.
