Date: May 22nd, 2026 8:37 PM Author: Buy your next house instantly with Zellow! She's doing a good job working for my shitlaw firm. Spent her first week helping some of the paralegals and got up to speed quickly. She's an Azngirl so I assumed she'd be a mega striver.
But..... she's not. Started Yale wanting to be a PA but found the classes too hard so she moved over to poli sci. Fairly bland personality, no strong opinions. Doesn't have the parade of 5+ elaborate extracurriculars that I expected either. She will make a perfectly good intern/quasi paralegal this summer but there's none of the megalomania that I always associated with Ivy students, myself included.
Interestingly, she was adopted from Asia by a white family as a baby. So maybe that's why she's not a striver. But then how did she end up at Yale? |
