Athletic apparel: joggers, sweats, track pants, bball shorts, etc.
Distressed denim being replaced by destroyed denim. Looks awful 95% of the time. Fat chicks also love these. |

Crocs etc., of course, are a bridge too far, but there’s a route to a happy medium there. Destroyed denim jeans is a good one. I only barely remember when slightly distressed jeans were still edgy in the 90’s, but the shift to totally fucked up denim was violent and quick in retrospect. |
