They have automated responses to whether your prescription is ready and that's it. The best you can do is leave a message (after working through like nine menus) and they'll call you back someday, maybe. The degree of contempt they have for their customers is incredible.
But perhaps the most unbelievable part of all is that this system is only on during business hours. If you call at night, you can't even access the automated system. What a shit company. |
