u can make dairy bread if the bread is somehow specifically and distinctively identified, e.g., the bread is in a different and odd shape than a normal bread would look like. |

the no knead bread almost always gets devoured first and people rave about it.
i think jews are used to challah, and even though wife's challah is as good as any, the no-knead bread is unique and different so it's more exciting. |
