Her father died when she was a young girl and her mother died a few years ago, so she has no family other than me and her son. My brother also had sisters to whom I'm not related to (he was my half brother, he had half sisters as well) but they haven't been too helpful. They're looking into immigration, I'm doing more of everything else. I'm fairly young for the bort as well. I'm about 30.

She's poor. I've only recently started making decent money, not enough to be a gold digger but I make more money than my brother did before he died. Literally the last conversation I had with him was him asking for his share of our dead mother's inheritance I told him she died penniless and I offered to Venmo him half of the money she had in her wallet ($70) and he said no. Last time I ever spoke with him.

I don't know much about my nephew. They moved back to Korea a decade ago and I never had the time or means to go over there until recently. She's here only for the holidays and we've been trying to figure out the immigration situation (my brother's sisters have been handling that more than me, I've just offered to give her a place to stay). I don't know if she is really attracted to me. I don't look a lot like my brother but I am younger and more muscular than he was. He really let himself go at the end. I hadn't seen him in nearly a decade when he died but the pictures were not good.

From my understanding she has very little money. My brother was big on the "face" culture of Korea so he bought extravagant shit he couldn't afford. He sucked, honestly. He told me he only made like 15k annually but had free housing. I make 6x that, after tax. So she may be after money but I've had such a weird relationship with her that I'd be okay with it. She has saved my ass a few times when I was younger, and I've helped her not be abused by my fucking brother. It's just all a fucked up situation.

Being unbiased though, I am basically a better version of him. He was a fuckup and failed most things he attempted. I've been fairly successful. Nothing extreme, but enough for me to be proud of. He tried joining the marines when he was in his 20s and got sent home within a week or two. I actually successfully joined the military.
