btw i would say that they have a very good chance in federal courts especially because training was based on race of the employees. i think they have 5 or maybe even more votes in SCOTUS to say such training that deliberately is targeted towards only white employees is unconstitutional. and some of the other stuff may also violate first amendment and civil rights law but mandating a specific training only for white employees would clearly violate civil rights law
