To me, racism is a combination of (i) attributing a negative trait to a race (or other ethnic group) and (ii) applying that negative trait to an individual member of that group without regard to personal characteristics.
So for example, if Harvard has a Physics department made up of 100 people, and 1 black person is smart and accomplished enough to make the cut, then disallowing him solely because he is black without regards to the fact that he is actually worthy is racism.
All the other shit related to what libs call racism is BS, including the attacks on freedom of association. |
