Would eat dramatically less the day before and the day after, and train cardio at least an hour a day to help get my caloric burn up. I'd take fiber supplements and increase lean protein intake to slow the digestion down.
If one were to do this every single day then we're talking vitamins, spinach and broccoli smoothies and extreme measures to increase calorie burn. Move to a high altitude, train aerobically four hours a day (2 times 2 hours), one off-day every six weeks like an Olympic athlete. Spend time in a cool pool several hours a day as well. Still might not be able to burn all the calories off. |

Date: July 9th, 2020 5:09 PM Author: Big Knife Old Irish Cottage Would do it every weekend except holidays and vacation and earn an extra 45-50k annually, would eat 2, go on a 4 hour/60-80 mile bike ride and bring two with me to eat on the road, eat three after and then eat three meals of 30g of lean protein and salad with one for dessert and or just blend them into protein shakes with water. Would stop at age 50.
For $5k/10 a day I would do it 2-3x a week for at least 15 years using the same method but maybe mixing in other low impact cardio like swimming and elliptical. I could quit my job and use cash to start various businesses/make investments. |
