I just do what brings me peace. I don't strive anymore. I don't have a glamorous life but it works for me.
I'm 5'7.5" btw, and a lot of it has to do with being short. But once you give up chasing women, you are freed from that biological prison.
At work I no longer stress. I do the minimum to not be fired. I won't be fired. I won't be promoted, either, but I can just ride this out as long as I want.
