Also, just very concerned about the future. Also, I feel like an idiot for not having any faith in the energy sector and going in with a few thousand into MRO and XOM back in March 2020. In retrospect, I remember thinking, man I should really get off my ass and buy at these prices. But I didn't. I'm not a very good investor man. Also, I have 4 kids and its hard sometimes. And my health is very poor. I wear a size 19.5 collar dress shirt for fucks sake! |

ah i'm sorry - i doubt it helps, but the market is making a lot of people anxious right now. investing is a crapshoot sometimes... you'll make it up later.
wowow 4 kids is crazy!!! i would be pulling my hair out. i suppose as far as health, you could maybe set some small goal to keep you on the right track (eat less processed food or something like that) even if you don't feel ready for a drastic change.
have you been feeling this way for a while? how's your sleep schedule? i've noticed i get weirdly fatalistic when i haven't been sleeping much. |

In a less than motivating role. It's very bad and gets worse with every day. Investing. Yes. It's a crapshoot. I have been working on keeping a list of goals and am currently trying to lose 50 pounds over the next 5 months. I have been feeling poorly on and off for a long time. I think that writing down goals in a goal journal, avoiding POISON, and generally taking 5 minutes to meditate every day helps. I just need to get back to that and stop this slide into the abyss. |
