We started with glasses of Dom 2011 when we sat down which were a LJL ripoff at 47CHF/glass and frankly a SPS vintage, but after that annoyance is was 180 after 180. 9 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Every fucking course was 180, not a single meh, or even just good, they were ALL great. Instead of elevated versions of a dish you’ve had before, this bro was bringing the heat with imaginative and delicious AF fare. HIGHLY recommended. They brought 3 waves of “snacks” before the meal began in earnest, the last and best of those (mussels) is first pic after the menu, then the other courses. Soooo CR:
