it'll get you at least through Wednesday/Thursday with no meal prep, it'll satiate you, it's pretty easy to make a good stew/chili even if you suck at cooking, won't go bad for a week, etc.
ljl at baking a week's worth of "chicken breasts" and pouring olive oil and protein powder into everything like a bodybuilding fag.

also, halal...inshallah. well not the one i made, i added some chuck steak. you can just sub out the lamb neck for fatty chuck if you want.
i omitted the sweet potatoes cuz that's too much carbs. carrots are fine, and it's only 1 cup tomato sauce. that's worth it for the flavor. same with 2 tablespoons of honey...that won't do shit calorie-wise distributed over several servings, but it will add a bit of detectable flavor.

Uhh...i just eat it twice per day 3-4 days a week. It's completely sustainable. How do I know? Ive done it. Zero complications.
