One good evaluation of this would be to collect the reactions of both women and men who got it wrong, after being shown what happens. It's certainly possible that a disproportionate number of women could say "hee hee, I'm so dumb OMG" but perhaps the disproportion would be accounted for by some portion of them saying, "oh I thought the question wanted us to replicate the picture." |

So I mentally drew a slanted line and then used it to roughly extrapolate where the horizontal line would be by moving imaginary triangles of "water" in my head.
When I found out women drew a slanted line and just...stopped...as if that were the final solution to the problem...LMAO just LMAO |
