Today, the lead partner on the case looked at the filing attachment to the ECF email he received. The email addresses on the case caption are not capitalized. So it says joe.smith@firm.com. He called me and said we need to retract the filing and amend so the email addresses are Joe.Smith@Firm.com. He said the caption is the first impression on the brief and that's the proper way to do it, so we need to call the clerk and retract then amend. CR?
