This is half correct, but again, you're mistaking the "problem" for a "feature" from Biden's perspective. He absolutely had to pick a black woman, but he wasn't "forced" to pick an unlikeable and incompetent cunt -- he did that voluntarily because he knew that it would make it VERY unattractive to try and remove him from office.
