One thing I can’t figure out: Kamala’s huge rallies vs Trump’s empty seats

Trump’s biggest rallies were in NYC and places he’s not going to win. Every time he held a rally in a swing state it was a smaller venue and there were a ton of empty seats. What explains this? I literally left a Trump rally early last month. 3. Kamala busses in her rally attendees. Tony Seruga has done GPS tracking on cell phones that attend either rallies.
