So total it was actually only 107 days, which is 3.5 months. Not so long u wld think but it felt like 5 years. It's scarred me for life. I will never recover from my HELLOSIR debacle, I have like 500 nightmare memories from it. That country shld be nuked by gorgeous Xi out of existence. It doesnt deserve to exist. There was only one place to stay while boat was repaired. I paid like 350 a month for this small apt that had no hot water. So I wld boil hot water and mix it with cold in a bucket to shower. The wifi didn't work so I wld just use cell data. It was a few km from the boat so I wld have to wait for this 50 year old converted American school bus or take a TukTuk then walk thru this jungle village that had no paved roads. When it rained which was every day the road wld be all muddy I'd have to walk in basically a swamp to get to the HelloSirs repair place where the boat was. The lagoon was basically full of feces, only during high tide wld new fresh water come in to clean it. I wld have to walk thru this lagoon at low tide to get to boat. There's of course no AC so ur just on the boat in middle of tropics with sun blazing down all day. And to add insult to injury u can't even swim in water cause it's filthy. The hellosir place didn't even have a proper toilet just an outhouse with a small toilet attached that wasn't connected to plumbing. This town only had like 2 restaurants both selling the same grilled chicken. I had no choice but to get meals from 7 11 and heat them in the microwave.
