its funny that everything turds did with eating was beneficial to health, like so many spices in turd food and chai like cardamon, nutmeg, cinnamon whatever are good for u
stuff like ghee, kheer, lassi... everythin almost has some hidden health benefits
meanwhile birdshits are just eating processed jew slop and they think they are civilized

Vegs are good but people can overthink them. Wife went through a phase driving herself and the family crazy trying to cram 10+ different servings of vegs every day into our diet. Then she realized having a big spinach salad with broccoli sprouts every night as part of dinner covered most bases. She has a good regime for us now. Bowls of blueberries at breakfast, the spinach/broccoli sprout salad at dinner, apples and bananas during the day as you want, and any other vegs as recipes requires.
Minimize processed crap. Consume plenty of probiotics. We have yoghurt and kefir daily and the boys love kimchee. Works well, we all seem healthy and fit and never get sick.
