His receivers would be able to get much more open than they do in the pros and he would be incredible picking apart defenses, calling his own offense, and running the hurry-up.
The only downsides are: (1) College qbs typically run more than pro qbs. He's not running and scrambling much any more. And (2) pass protection would probably breakdown more often (against good opponents, at least) and less predictably than in the NFL, so he make take more or worse hits.
