Date: May 1st, 2026 4:59 PM Author: lemon racy den The whole game is basically to find the shittiest subcontractors who can get no work on their own, browbeat even them into accepting less money than you agreed to pay them, they then accordingly do SPS work on your house while cutting every corner, as GC underprices the client to get the customer only to get them to pay for change orders that you likely knew they would've wanted or needed.
No wonder Israelis are dominating in this space. |
