This is such epic corporate fraud on a massive scale. So you literally cannot have any type of business relationship with any major company in the US without waving your right to sue them in a Class X or a jury trial? This is insanely bad for consumers. We all get ten of theses emails per month now where the latest company decided to update ToS to say we have to agree to binding arbitration. What's to say these companies won't play it loose for the rest of time knowing they can't really be sued ever again? This is madness and will lead to worse and worse products and services. I just got one from Best Buy so if they leave a puddle of water in the store and someone slips and falls they just have some arbitrator they pay for make a final decision with no recourse? This is terrible for society.

Everyone is electing to waive their rights to ever sue these major companies in open court. It's insane.

Yeah the big companies are too powerful and have too much leverage so everyone else is forced to agree to this stuff because they have to do business with them

Capitalism doesn't actually work

I think capitalism is amazing and I support it without reservation. I just think it's ridiculous that they're going to get away with someone tripping and dying due their negligence and the arbitrator can just say okay here's 50 bucks for your troubles.

I just believe strongly in consumer protection. Anything that saves corporations billions of dollars in aggregate and creates a safety hazard for consumers is no bueno in my book!

its obviously bullshit but amerishits are goys and also greedy selfish retards so they wld sue overeveryhting with their kike fraud p's lawyers so furk them whateer who cares

the real issue is they force both sides to split arbitration fees which is many thousands so a regular joe cant afford that, if they required comps to pay 100% then it wld be a lolercausting fraud where jew lolyers wld just file arbitration claims galore and comps wld face billions in arbitration costs so then they wld beg to go back to courts
