Cardano and Zilliqa will come out with theirs first and once they have a couple icos which utilize their extraordinary throughputs, people will DEFINITELY take notice. There will be projects with REAL proof of concept doing ACTUAL THINGS, whereas every project built on ethereum currently remains hypothetical (save for POWR and faggotkitties just lol) due to the scaling bottleneck
You really should not underestimate that. If there exists any precedent in crypto, it is that things can evolve incredibly rapidly, in all respects. The insane price volatility is a manifestation of that deeper underlying reality. |

If anyone with more technical knowledge has specific questions about their white paper, let me know and I'll try to get answers. |
