Did I do something wrong?
EDIT: Are you saying create a MEW when you ask others for coins? |

If you want to keep your begging mew secret just make a fresh one each time you send the eth to your main account because once you make that transaction everyone can see your main account too. If you're worried about privacy don't use ETH. Because of the way most exchange wallets work, the exchange wallet receiving the ETH and the exchange wallet sending the ETH will be different, with nothing linking them.
