1. Another company with higher marketing power can easily copy their idea and pump it up

2. Only 5 devs including part-times. (Hint: ZIL is not Google)

3. ETH will most definitely improve by time

4. It is already a TTT in decline.

the fact that you think implementing a high-throughput blockchain is "easy" says all we really need to know

Yes, it is relatively speaking "easy" for a company powered with $$$$. ZIL doesn't even have a product yet - it is pretty much just ideas.

1) no. just ask the ethereum foundation

2) you can test out the alpha https://github.com/Zilliqa/zilliqa/

beta is in February I believe. but you're right on one thing, it is still very early. there's inherent risk in investing in a product at this stage

It looks to me like their target will be financial institutions that need very fast performance that ETH isn't really capable of

Ethereum is already a fully functioning blockchain with high traffic. It's infinitely more complicated to scale something that is already being used.

ZIL is still starting from scratch. And I agree with the other poster that it could be copied fairly easily. ZIL simply picks and chooses between known issues with ETH/BTC and says "well our mix is better because sharding."

It’s really not that easy, look at Cardano. Laugh about sharding if you want, but all that matters are the transaction speeds

Serious q: how many blockchain with comparable transaction speeds are launching this year?

And zil is worth tree fiddy. I could get behind the hype if zil was <100 mil market cap, but it’s going to have to go top 20 before really paying off, and top 5-10 before it’s really the bet of a lifetime everyone here has made it out to be for the past month or two. Could happen but shit brother that is quite the leap of faith

Cr. Amazes me how naive some of the people here are. Watching people FOMO into ZIL at its ATH was completely demoralizing
